Apricity Ventures CEO/Founder Heather Hasso is an experienced business owner and commercial real estate investor with a concentration in senior housing, restaurant, office, residential and retail. Originally from Orange County, California, she grew up immersed in her family businesses and has worked within those businesses since early adulthood. She earned a bachelors degree in Economics from the University of Southern California. Heather continued to depeen her roots in Los Angeles and grow her far-reaching real estate portfolio. She and her husband settled into their Manhattan Beach home and started a family.
Heather invests in projects that match up with her passions of fashion, real estate, design, lifestyle and wellness. Heather co-owned a clothing boutique in Westwood for two years. She invested in a venture fund to support start-ups in the food, family and wellness space. She dove into residential real estate by partnering with a luxury builder to create a custom luxury spec house. These endeavors, combined with decades of business and real estate experience, became the catalyst for creating Apricity Ventures.
